Vince Spencer and Damon Martin are the masterminds of Kontejus Apparel Group. Both are native Californians raised in poverty stricken areas of Los Angeles County. Realizing the struggle and hardship they encountered growing up, they have made a commitment to create a company that will provide jobs, leadership, and a promising future for the future by affiliating themselves with non-profit organizations that focus on building a better tomorrow for the youth. In addition to helping the community, they also plan to make their mark in the fashion industry by bridging the gap between urban and contemporary wear and create an image ... a lifestyle ... a trend ... that will be culturally diversified. Although they both share the same vision for Kontejus, they both bring something unique to the company.

1. As President, Vince brings his education and experience in business management to help carry out his duties as President. His plan is to lead the fashion industry by introducing new trends, not following any current trends and creating the silhouettes and fabrics that are rocking the runways in Paris, Milan, China, and Italy. Being fueled by the competitiveness and unrestrained changes of the industry, he plans to make an impact on fashion industry on a national and international level.


2. As Vice President, Damon brings his artistic talent and technical skills to help manage and maintain the production aspects of the business in addition to the analytical and organizational needs of the company. With desire and consistency being the core of longevity he plans on taking his passion for art and the art of fashion to create the rhythm and style that is desired by many individuals to help define their attitudes.
